Monthly installment payments can be dropped off as a check or money order at our leasing office during our business hours. For your convenience, monthly installment payments can also be made online!
Monthly installment payments are due on the first (1st) of the month and are considered late after the fifth (5th). One Easton Apartments offers each resident a grace period between the 1st and the 5th to pay their monthly installment with no late fees if paid during that time period.
Securing your spot at our UD apartments is simple! All you need to do is click on the “Apply Now” tab to fill out an online application. Here, applicants can choose their desired floor plan! The final step to secure your spot is to sign a housing contract!
